1. Our Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your request must be submitted before the window closes — even if the item has not yet been shipped back to us.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Opened injectable vials, ampoules, or oral product packaging
- Products that have been reconstituted or mixed
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event
- Gift cards and promotional credits
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at privacy@gladiatorbiolabs.com within 14 days of delivery
- Step 2: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved
- Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable method — we recommend keeping your shipping receipt
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned with missing components or damaged packaging beyond initial defect
- Products showing signs of use beyond what is needed to assess the issue
- Orders where only part of the shipment was affected
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at privacy@gladiatorbiolabs.com with your order details and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Gladiator Bio Labs covers all return shipping costs
- Customer-initiated returns (where eligible): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns. Gladiator Bio Labs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
- Contact your bank directly as posting may take additional time
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at privacy@gladiatorbiolabs.com
10. EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without justification. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
