1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside. Your privacy is our priority. The sender name on the package will be neutral and will not reference Gladiator Bio Labs or the nature of the contents.
5. Shipping Restrictions
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction. Gladiator Bio Labs will not be held liable for packages seized or delayed by customs due to local regulations. Orders to restricted regions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Gladiator Bio Labs has no control over customs delays or charges.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at privacy@gladiatorbiolabs.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. Re-shipment fees may apply for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
